Terms of Use
These terms set out the rules for using the site and the Vendor Zone, and for taking part in International Food Festival events.

General
The site operator and event organiser is Team Knocknock Sp. z o.o., ul. Rekreacyjna 29B/2, 05-500 Józefosław, Poland, NIP: 1182194995.
Events & entry
Entry to the festival is free unless stated otherwise. The organiser may introduce zones or voucher packages. Dates and venues may change — we publish up-to-date information on the site.
Vendor applications
Submitting the form does not confirm participation. The organiser selects vendors based on their offer, cuisine and the conditions of each venue, and may decline an application without giving a reason.
Vendor Zone account
We create the account after you apply or on the organiser’s invitation; you activate it by setting your own password. The vendor is responsible for keeping profile data up to date and the password secret. In the account you apply for upcoming festivals and follow application status, fees and payments. The organiser may block an account if false data is given or these terms are breached.
Logo & materials
By uploading a logo, photos and social media links, the vendor confirms they hold the rights to them and allows the organiser to use them free of charge to promote the festival (website, social media, printed materials) for the duration of the cooperation.
Fees & payments
The vendor sees the fees (e.g. stall, electricity) in the account once the application is accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer to the organiser’s account shown there, within the deadline and with the transfer title given. Detailed participation terms, including cancellation rules, are provided on acceptance.
Power & devices
The vendor declares their power needs and the electrical devices they will use. The organiser may limit or exclude certain devices (e.g. deep fryers) where the venue or safety rules require it. Plugging in undeclared devices is not allowed.
Liability
The vendor is responsible for their stall, the products sold, required permits (incl. sanitary) and compliance with the law. Use of the site is governed by these terms and applicable law.
